Quality Policy

Quality is of major importance to Iperion. This has to do with the fact that we deliver high quality products to a quality focused industry, but also because it is part of the Iperion DNA.

We believe by providing high quality products and services and by creating an open atmosphere for continuous improvement, we can contribute by meeting customer goals and by that, meeting our own strategic and operational goals as well.

Iperion is well aware of life science regulations, such as Eudralex 4, Annex 11, CFR 21 part 11, and guideline GAMP 5.

In order to strive for this open environment for continuous improvement, quality is embedded in the full context of Iperion, which includes employees, systems, processes, documentation and communication (internal and to stakeholders).

The context of Iperion is primarily aimed at the customer delivery processes and the processes that are closely related to the customer delivery and customer satisfaction.

When delivering products and services Iperion strives to create a situation in which both customer as well as Iperion are satisfied with:

  • The result (value added for the customer is value added to Iperion)
  • The way the result is achieved (the process).

A continuous effort will be undertaken to comply with the requirements (customer requirements, industry standards as well as legal requirements) and customer expectations in order to maintain the superior level of quality at Iperion.

All staff members create the content of the quality policy when executing their daily work. Iperion management supports, stimulates and inspires staff members to adopt the quality attitude as a second nature. The management is committed to guide and to provide training and the necessary means to be able to execute the quality policy.
