Managed Services Account Lead

As a fulltime Services Account Lead you will join our team of enthusiastic colleagues. The Managed Services Department will provide you a dynamic environment in which you will work closely together with  Services Operations Lead, Services Project Lead and Process & Technology Lead.
Our services are various, ranging from Continuous Data Quality Improvement projects to Business Process Optimization, Structured Authoring, Change Control and Data Remediation.

As s Services Account Lead, your main task/responsibility is to work as a counterpart for Iperion as well as the client and to make sure both parties are successful within the boundaries of the contract. We will provide training and education to ensure your growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Establishing a good working relationship with the client and be the counterpart of your contact person
  • Be the spokesperson for Iperion at the client and guarding our interests, based on the contract agreements
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities based on good knowledge of Iperion’s products and services
  • Responsible for realization of agreed service deliverables within agreed service levels
  • Reporting based on agreed reports and KPI’s
  • Evaluate, agree and manage requests for changes from service business perspective (including up- or down-scaling)
  • Ongoing service evaluation and keeping customers informed
  • Execution of activities and deliverables according to the project plan/contract, e.g. data entry, reporting, process mapping, issue handling, coordination of activities

What you offer

  • You have 2+ years of experience in (regulatory) information management or in other pharmaceutical/regulatory domains, such as data standards, IT systems, business processes, and project management
  • You have strong communication skills, think fast and have the ability to build effective working relationships with both colleagues and clients
  • You are not afraid of new challenges and have a flexible and constructive attitude / work ethic
  • You have proven ability to successfully deliver value to the clients
  • You are sensitive to commercial opportunities
  • You are able to balance customer interests versus internal possibilities
  • You are proficient in English (written and verbal communication)
  • Being pragmatic, motivated, enthusiastic, structured, integer and having attention to detail
  • You are a team player, with (developing) leadership skills
  • You are motivated, pro-active and reliable
